Describe your favorite Berklee experience so far.

The Queen Singers Showcase my first semester! It was so incredible to work with such incredible musicians and have a simulated experience of what it's like to put on a big show in the industry.

When you think about your favorite class so far, what is one example of why you enjoyed it?

Ear Training 2 with Nick Grondin, an incredible teacher that made a daunting class really enjoyable for everyone. He brought us all together, and most of the friends I have now at Berklee I have because that class helped us all form such a cool relationship with each other.

What is your favorite part about studying and living in Boston?

I love living in such a friendly, walkable city. Boston is so gorgeous and full of lots of cute dogs!

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone applying to Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee?

Berklee is a magical place for musicians. Don't be scared. Be excited and be yourself.

Where is your favorite place on campus?

The intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street. There is something so magnificent about seeing people walk around with guitars or keyboards on their backs, or wheeling around double basses or harps. The hustle and bustle of young musicians doing that they love in such a beautiful place always makes me smile.

Why did you choose Berklee?

Berklee has it all. It was the best place for me to go and learn about production and engineering while also still having incredible opportunities to perform the music I love.

What are your plans for after graduation?

I plan to tour with my band and eventually move to L.A.

What have you enjoyed most about the live shows you’ve been involved in at Berklee?

I love how students play a part in every aspect of the show. There really is a place for everyone. Whether it's arranging, performing, running lights or sound, set or costume design, there is a place for everyone and their talents.

Where do you hope to perform this coming year?

I'd love to get a Caf show, but I'm also hoping to play at a music festival in the coming year!
