Describe your favorite Berklee experience so far.

Seeing my professor in class before his first concert of his band's U.S. tour and performing in the Berklee Performance Center for the International Folk Festival!

When you think about your favorite class so far, what is one example of why you enjoyed it?

I love learning about music theory. As a student who knew nothing about music theory before coming to Berklee, Music Application and Theory (MAT) and the harmony classes have been an eye-opening experience!

What is your favorite part about studying and living in Boston?

Since the entire city has a lot of students, there are teams of people from Berklee that help with moving-in and getting adjusted!

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone applying to Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee?

No opportunity will be a complete waste of time, open your mind, and give your 100 percent.

Where is your favorite place on campus?

The commuter lounge! They have free coffee and food on Wednesdays. A great place to work, eat, chill, and hang out with your friends.

Why did you choose Berklee?

I wanted to be surrounded with the world's best musicians!

What are your plans for after graduation?

Plans always change, but currently I want to sound design for films, TV shows, and games!

What have you enjoyed most about the live shows you’ve been involved in at Berklee?

Berklee's focus on showing different cultures.

Where do you hope to perform this coming year?

I will be performing at the BPC as a part of the Middle Eastern Fusion Ensemble!
