The Bachelor of Music program welcomes a new class of students three times a year: fall, spring, and summer.
You will note the program and term you are applying for in your online application form. Important deadlines and dates for each start term are listed below. After we receive your online application form, you will be scheduled for an audition and/or interview.

Fall (September) Enrollment Deadlines
There are three admission timelines for the fall term: summer program participants only, early action, and regular action. Learn more about each option and view specific dates below.
Summer Program Participants
Summer program participants have the opportunity to audition early for Berklee College of Music degree programs. The online application for fall admission becomes available on July 1. You must submit your application in order to schedule an audition during the summer. See the Audition and Interview page for more details.
Deadline to submit the online application form: July 25
Auditions/interviews take place: July–August
Deadline to submit supporting documents (e.g., transcripts, TOEFL): September 15
Admissions decisions issued by: October 15
Deadline to submit tuition deposit for fall enrollment: May 1

Early Action Deadlines
Early action allows undergraduate applicants to apply, audition and/or interview, and be notified of an admissions decision and financial award on an accelerated schedule, while still having until May 1 to submit a tuition deposit. Applying for early action is ideal for students who consider Berklee College of Music one of their top-choice schools.

Admissions decisions issued by: January 31
Deadline to submit tuition deposit for fall enrollment: May 1

Regular Action Deadlines
Regular action is available to both undergraduate and graduate applicants. It refers to the college’s standard timeline for receiving applications and issuing decision notifications.
