Berklee Institute for Accessible Arts Education: Strategic Objectives, 2025–2028

After a year-long strategic planning process, the Berklee Institute for Accessible Arts Education (BIAAE) has outlined its five strategic objectives for 2025 through 2028:
- Create new and deepen existing collaborations with people with disabilities so that the voices of the population with whom we work are a consistent, active force.
- Focus on intersectionality in our work and in our organization.
- Expand our global presence and engagement through the work that we do and the best practices that we share.
- Explore new structures and systems to support the BIAAE's expanding work, footprint, and community.
- Increase unrestricted donor support for the BIAAE in order to address infrastructure and other non-programmatic needs.
Special thanks to the following individuals for their assistance during the strategic planning process:
- Lenora Helm Hammonds, Dean of the Professional Education Division, Berklee College of Music
