Berklee Institute for Accessible Arts Education: Strategic Objectives, 2022–2025

After a year-long strategic planning process, the Berklee Institute for Accessible Arts Education (BIAAE) has outlined its five strategic objectives for 2022 through 2025:

  • Update and expand the ambition of our mission, vision, and values to better reflect our current work and our dreams for the future
  • Focus on intersectionality in our work and in our organization
  • Increase representation of people with disabilities throughout our organization so that the voices of the population with whom we work are a consistent, active force
  • Expand our global presence and engagement through the work that we do and the best practices that we share
  • Increase unrestricted donor support for the BIAAE in order to address infrastructure and other non-programmatic needs
