Describe your favorite Berklee experience so far.

My favorite Berklee experience is something I get to see every day: watching my classmates have a breakthrough in class! Watching something click for them! My classmates celebrate my success, and I do theirs.

When you think about your favorite class so far, what is one example of why you enjoyed it?

I have enjoyed almost every class I have taken at Boston Conservatory, and I believe a huge part of that is because every class feels like a family. Everyone at the Conservatory wants to create a safe and welcoming environment that gives you opportunity to grow.

What is your favorite part about studying and living in Boston?

There are so many opportunities and experiences at your disposal in Boston. A large variety of artists come through Boston. Companies come into to Boston for auditions. There are amazing jobs inside Boston.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone applying to Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee?

When you audition, just be yourself. Remind yourself that no matter the outcome: "You are enough. You are so enough. It is unbelievable how enough you are,” [to quote] Sierra Boggess.

Where is your favorite place on campus?

The cafeteria and the second-floor dance studio T201 in 31 Hemenway.

Why did you choose Berklee?

I chose Boston Conservatory because of the location. I love living and learning in a city. I love that I get to be surrounded by artists of all forms every day. I wanted long days of musical theater all day long. Spoiler alert: I got all those!

What are your plans for after graduation?

After graduation I plan on moving to New York to pursue my performing dreams.

What have you enjoyed most about the live shows you’ve been involved in at Berklee?

I really enjoyed being apart of the Theater Division's Choreography Showcase. This is entirely run by students, and we get to see students showcase their abilities. We get to work together as students to create something great.

Where do you hope to perform this coming year?

I would love to perform on the Mainstage at the Conservatory in one of the Mainstage season shows.
