150-183 Technology Lab
The 150-183 Technology Lab is a soldering lab with tech benches and individual workstations for 12 students. Each station provides soldering tools and supplies, general tools, breadboards, and power supplies. This room has a substantial centralized hooded ventilation system for soldering-fume extraction at each of the stations.
This lab supports courses that provide instruction on electronics and circuit design, technical equipment maintenance, and circuit bending: Circuit Bending and Physical Computing, Applications of Loudspeaker Design, Applications of Microphone Design, and Studio Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
