Describe your favorite Berklee experience so far.
A very special moment for me was getting to work with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. Through the Career Center, I was contacted by a Berklee faculty member and got to do my own 30-minute Zoom set that was broadcast to more than 300 different hospital rooms across the region.
When you think about your favorite class so far, what is one example of why you enjoyed it?
I love getting to artistically collaborate with my peers; my Musical Theater 7 class junior year did just that. It was so fun getting to workshop and perform abridged versions of musicals with my classmates.
What is your favorite part about studying and living in Boston?
I love being surrounded by like-minded people who have the same drives and passions as me.
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone applying to Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee?
Make sure you're picking materials that you enjoy!! Don't pick pieces only thinking about what the people behind the table may want to see.
Where is your favorite place on campus?
I love our Zack Box Theater! Some of my favorite classes and performances I have seen during my time at the Conservatory have been there, so it holds a special place in my heart.
Why did you choose Berklee?
I fell in love with the city and the amount of warmth and joy I felt from the faculty behind the table.
What are your plans for after graduation?
I will either stay in Boston or move to New York City. Regardless of where I end up, I know I want to perform!
What have you enjoyed most about the live shows you’ve been involved in at Berklee?
I love getting to be on the stage!
Where do you hope to perform this coming year?
I had the opportunity to work regionally in Moonbox Productions' New Works Festival over the summer. It was so much fun to get to work on a new musical, and I hope I have the opportunity to work on more new works this year!
