Training Details

Where: Berklee College of Music in Boston
Cost: $1,250, which includes lodging and two meals per day in the Berklee cafeteria
Participant Eligibility: Healthcare professional, musician, or advanced music therapy student

Objectives

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Articulate the presented principles and techniques relevant to GIM
  • Assess if GIM is appropriate for personal work
  • Assess if GIM is appropriate as a professional therapy modality

Registration Form

Registration for the Level I Training will be available on April 19, 2023. All registrations must be complete and fees paid by midnight on May 3, 2023. After this date, registrations will no longer be accepted and any cancellations by participants will not be refunded. In the event that there are less than 15 participants registered by the closing date, the Center for Music Therapy at Berklee reserves the right to cancel the training and will reimburse registered participants the full fee.
