Describe your favorite Berklee experience so far.

My favorite experience at Berklee has been creating music and art with people I have come to see as family! 

When you think about your favorite class so far, what is one example of why you enjoyed it?

There are too many to choose from! Definitely one of them would be Singer/Songwriter Workshop because I got to learn from my peers and hear some incredible music from them as well!

What is your favorite part about studying and living in Boston? 

I love how connected the community is. There are so many different kinds of people to meet and collaborate with. Even from any of the other schools in the area! And everyone is eager to get to know each other.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone applying to Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee?

Be completely yourself no matter what! Also, you will get as much out of this school as you will put into it.

Where is your favorite place on campus?

My favorite spot on campus is the Albert Alphin Library in 8 Fenway.

Why did you choose Berklee?

I chose The Boston Conservatory at Berklee because of the dichotomy of a concentrated study in western classical music performance alongside a premier education in contemporary music.

What are your plans for after graduation?

I will be performing in and assistant music directing for an original student-written opera this spring!

Where do you hope to perform this coming year?

The BPC would be an ultimate goal for this coming year. I hope to further come out of my shell and become more comfortable in front of others, as this will not only benefit my performance but also my ability to work in my desired career.
