Brett Walberg
Brett Walberg is an educator, performer, and community builder who joined Berklee at the end of August 2022. He graduated from Longy School of Music in 2015 with a degree in modern American music and has spent the time since teaching music history at Lasell University and mentoring students within the music community. Through his time as an educator, Walberg developed a love of helping students find their way to develop lifelong education strategies through institutional and community-based learning environments.
Walberg has 20 years of professional experience as a bandleader, performer, and composer. Through his work within communities all over the United States, he brings an empathetic and community-focused approach to encourage the growth and development of new performance spaces.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, hanging out with his pup and spending time with his family.
