Student Success Advisor
Biography

Sasha Lalmoni joined the Student Advising and Success team at Berklee in August of 2022. She graduated from Boston University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in classical civilization and prior to Berklee, served as the inaugural administrative coordinator of BU’s Newbury Center, providing holistic support to first-generation college students. Lalmoni is grateful for the mentors and colleagues who supported her and challenged her to pursue her passions and utilize her interpersonal and empathetic strengths. She is excited to step into a role as an advisor where she can be the kind of counsel she needed, bringing firsthand experience with the psychological, academic, and financial challenges that many other first-generation low-income students of color face. She understands the importance of community building and is passionate about providing an empathetic and well-informed support system for students as they pursue their degrees.

Lalmoni has lived in the Boston area for the last seven years and looks forward to many more. When she is not at work, you can find her watching TV or listening to music.
