Student Success Advisor

Ben Broady joined the Student Success team as a Success Advisor in August of 2026, but first joined the team as a SAM in the fall of 2025. During that time he also worked on the Project Management team, helping to identify, analyze, and improve upon the efficacy of the SAM Program. Inspired by his experiences as a SAM, Ben brings a fresh, student-informed perspective to the advising team as a recent graduate, having received a dual degree in Film Scoring and Composition from the College. Ben looks forward to giving back to the Berklee community by guiding students towards taking ownership of their academic journey.

Outside of Berklee, Ben is an active member of his church community, serving as the music director for King’s Hill Church South Boston, and loves to watch/discuss movies, collect handcrafted pens and decks of cards, and warn people about the true dangers of consuming raw cookie dough.
