Bess Tracey
Bess (she/her) is a Senior Student Success Advisor in the Center for Student Advising and Success. Bess joined the Student Success Advising Team in April 2024. Before joining the team, Bess spent 7 years working in Housing and Residential Education at Berklee. Through building meaningful relationships, Bess strives to be a collaborative partner for students to develop strategies for success and empower them on their academic journeys.
Bess is originally from Baltimore, MD, but has called New England home since 2015. Bess earned her M. Ed. in Student Development in Higher Education from the University of Maine and her B.A. in History and Secondary Education, with a drama minor, from the Catholic University of America.
Outside of work, Bess enjoys reading, going to Disney, playing board games, and spending time with her dog.
