Composer Mark Sensinger of Andover, MA, penned "A Wentworth Celebration" for U.S. Trust, Bank of America and performed the song with the New England Society Orchestra."The Merrimack Holiday Pops March" was composed for Merrimack County Savings Bank and was performed by the New England Wind Symphony.

Songwriter and guitarist Steve Kercher of Ipswich, MA, wrote and recorded "The Friend of Africa," a single featuring the African Children's Choir, which has been nominated in the Rock/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year category at the Gospel Music Association's Dove Awards.

Brian Robbins of Los Angeles, CA, opened Red Pelican Music to offer guitar, bass, piano, drum, and voice lessons in the Los Angeles area. Stephen Chaplin of Hopedale, MA, accepted a merit scholarship to attend the Brooklyn Law School for 2009-2010. He earned his Berklee degree in music business/management.
Singer and composer Shin Hyuk of Korea cowrote "One Less Lonely Girl" for up-and-coming Canadian teenage singer Justin Bieber, which ranked 16th on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. The opportunity helped Hyuk become a producer with EMI Music Publishing, where he has been working with diverse artists, including Devin Johnson.
