Academic Records Information
- Find out how to request your transcript and order a replacement diploma.
- Fill out the Enrollment/Graduation Verification form and request that your graduation date be listed.

Alumni ID Badge
Berklee College of Music's Boston campus is open to alumni (with an alumni ID), for authorized visits on weekdays (Monday–Friday) between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET. Please note that campus services, such as access to practice rooms and rehearsal spaces are not extended to alumni. This is in an effort to prioritize current students' practice time and to support the health, safety and security of those on campus.
An alumni ID badge grants you access to many valuable on-campus resources including the following:
- The use of the Stan Getz Library and Media Center
- Discounted tickets to Berklee-sponsored and student- or faculty-led Berklee Performance Center events
- A 10 percent discount at the Berklee Bookstore
To obtain an alumni ID badge, you must request one via this form. Please allow 24 hours notice for Alumni Affairs and Campus Public Safety to verify alumni status.
