Digital Resources
How do I access my Berklee OneLogin account as an alum? Can I reset my password?
Berklee OneLogin account and alumni services information can be found here.
To reset your password, start at the login screen for Berklee OneLogin, and choose "Forgot Password." A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you have technical issues, contact alumniaffairs@berklee.edu to request help using your alumni services. Please include your username with the details of your support request.
What is the Berklee Career Manager?
The Berklee Career Manager is an online tool for jobs, internships, gigs, and connections managed by the Career Center. Alumni need to log in with their alumni account. Request your alumni account here.
I'm an employer. How do I hire Berklee talent?
You can use the Berklee Career Manager to post jobs, gigs, and internships. When posting, alumni must create a log-in account separate from their alumni account. For help posting opportunities, contact the Career Center.

How do I access the Stan Getz Library and Media Center?
An alumni ID badge grants you access to these on-campus resources.
What is an alumni ID badge and how do I obtain one?
An alumni ID badge grants you access to many valuable on-campus resources. If you would like to request an alumni ID, submit this form and allow 24 hours for your alumni status to be verified.
Can alumni reserve practice rooms or rehearsal/performance spaces?
Campus services, such as access to practice rooms and rehearsal spaces, are not extended to alumni. This is in an effort to prioritize current students' practice time and to support the health, safety, and security of those on campus.
Where can I find information on current faculty?
Berklee has over 500 full- and part-time faculty, who can be found by searching here.
I'm visiting Boston. How do I set up a campus tour?
Sign up for tours on the online registration page. Visit the Admissions section for detailed information.

How do I request a transcript?
Transcript requests are processed by One Stop Student Services. Official electronic (eTranscripts) and paper transcripts can be ordered online through the registrar's transcript service. Visit the Transcript Request page for more information.
I recently graduated but I still haven’t received my diploma. What should I do?
Please contact gradspecialist@berklee.edu and visit their website for more information.
How do I request a replacement diploma?
Submit the Diploma Replacement Form.
I want to complete my degree. Where do I start?
There are two paths to degree completion based on your previous coursework, and the first step to both is to fill out the degree completion inquiry form. If you are interested in returning to our Boston campus, visit Information for Returning Students. To learn more about your options, visit the Degree Completion website.

Yes! Visit our website to view the full latest issue (Spring 2024), read the latest articles, manage your subscription preferences, and browse past issues in the Berklee Archives.
Where can I listen to the Berklee Alumni podcast?
You can listen to our Pass the Mic podcast on: Apple, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Pandora, iHeart Radio, and Amazon Music. You can also listen through the player at RSS.com.
Does Alumni Affairs have social media channels?

Will Berklee share something for me on social media?

Our social media calendar is made up of college and industry-focused stories that align with the college's marketing strategies. We may re-share alumni social media posts from time to time if they align with larger stories we're sharing.
