After a long winter in Boston, spring has arrived, and all is well in Berklee's alumni community. In May, graduates from the class of 2010 will join our alumni network, which has already grown to 47,000 strong. For the newcomers, here is some information to help you stay connected to the college.

Be sure to visit the alumni website at http://alumni.berklee.edu to keep up with events held by the various Berklee alumni chapters and to create your profile in the online alumni directory.

Berklee today is published four times a year. Keep the Office of Alumni Affairs up to date with your mailing address so you can receive the latest issue.

You can share information about your career in the Alum Notes section of the magazine by e-mailing Emily Dufresne at edufresne@berklee.edu. All back issues of Berklee today are posted online at http://www.berklee.edu/bt/archives.html.

Berklee's Giant Steps capital campaign is closing in on its goal of $50 million to increase scholarships for students. We hope that you will help us reach the goal. Any gift amount to the Berklee Fund increases the alumni participation rate, which helps open doors to other possible funding resources. If you have already given, we thank you; if you have yet to do so, consider a gift now. Visit www.berklee.edu/giving/berklee_fund.html for information on the Berklee Fund.

Thanks to all who submitted nominations for the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Awards. The first 2010 recipient is Chuck Doud '88, who received his award at the alumni reception on March 10 during the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. Congratulations to Chuck.

Finally, we are accepting applications for the 2010-2011 Alumni Grant program. Applications and related details can be found at http://alumni.berklee.edu.

Until next time, take care.
