In her final semester, Zhenqi Guo presents a performance that brings together a variety of musical styles, including R&B, neo-soul, funk, and fusion. Through groove-driven rhythms, expressive vocals, and moments of improvisation, the program reflects the musical influences that have shaped her artistic voice during her years of study.
These styles represent the music she feels most connected to, as well as the growth she has experienced through collaboration, performance, and exploration. The concert serves as a reflection on her time at Berklee College of Music and the experiences that have shaped her musical path.
