Beira-Mar Quintet performs a modern Brazilian repertoire, featuring Chella Nahas (voice), Gabriel Maia (guitar), Sam Chandler (piano), Nick Isherwood (bass), and Guilhem Fourty (drums). By mixing various Brazilian traditions with jazz and the art of improvisation, the quintet creates its own unique sound.
