About the Artists
Piano duo Sev and Sonya—Gorsev Tepe of Kyrenia, Cyprus, and Sonya Shalyagina of Moscow, Russia—share their passion for classical music developed at a very young age. Coming from different sides of the world, their interest in piano duets and classical improvisation began their journey as a duo at Berklee. They've performed various shows and recorded pieces from Astor Piazzolla.
