The David Friend Recital Hall is located in the Genko Uchida building at 921 Boylston Street. Designed by architect Shizuo Harada, it is a semicircular performance space with a horseshoe-shaped balcony.

This senior showcase features the work of graduating students from the Electronic Production and Design Department. Come experience their magnificent capstone projects in such diverse areas as electronic music production, sound design for games, immersive audio projects, software and hardware instruments and plugins, and so much more.
Hey Rim Jeon, professor in the Piano Department at Berklee College of Music, leads a solo piano concert featuring students from her course, Solo Piano Improvisations of Keith Jarrett, as well as from her private studio. Students will demonstrate Jarrett’s improvisational techniques and improvise their own piano solos.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Ensemble, directed by Robert Schlink, and the Asia Rising Ensemble, directed by Edvard Lee, perform as part of ensemble weeks.
