Two Track is a music video series designed for Berklee’s YouTube and social media channels that features artists in an intimate setting with only one microphone and continuous camera takes. Each recording session will revolve around a single theme (i.e., connection, love, dreams) that can be expressed by the artist either through their track selection or through a short storytelling segment that will be recorded as part of the performance. The videos in this series will premiere at specific dates and times, but if you miss the premiere, each video will be public on the channel in continuity.

Singer-songwriter Shalyah Fearing is featured, alongside bassist Kyla Wright and guitarist Preston Kra, performing Fearing's original song, "Do You See Me?" and a cover of Jazmine Sullivan's "Lost One." For her story of empowerment, Fearing pays tribute to two strong and inspiring women: her mother, who raised and homeschooled eight children while pursuing a nursing career, and her grandmother, who ran a successful independent business.

About the Artist

Shalyah Fearing is a singer-songwriter and actress. Music has always been in her family. She started singing when she was 5 years old and continued to pursue her career as a professional singer, from studying at an arts school in her hometown to landing lead roles in musicals like The Little Mermaid, A Little Princess, and Shrek to landing a spot in the Top 8 semifinals on season ten of NBC’s The Voice! Shalyah currently attends Berklee College of Music, where she studies music business and literature in hopes of becoming an entertainment lawyer.
