Timeless Ragas, Modern Instruments is a master class and performance on North and South Indian classical music. Indian saxophonists Priyank Krishna and Shishir Kumar and American saxophonist Phil Scarff will perform the intricacies of the music and demonstrate the improvisational interplay of beautiful meditative ragas. These musicians will be accompanied by Anoop Banerjee on tabla and Avinash Shukla on mridangam.
