Sol Castell
Sol Castell, born Sofía Fernández, began her professional career at age 15 in the Panamanian jazz scene. She chose her stage name to honor the women in her family, reflecting her determination and strength. Using her voice as her main instrument, Castell captures the essence of her music with a spontaneous yet mysterious vibe. Influenced by jazz, she focuses on honest expression, creative risks, and evolving song structures, resulting in a unique, dissonantly perfect sound. Currently, she is preparing her debut three-song EP at Berklee College of Music.
