MUSES—Celebrating International Women's Day (Virtual Concert)
In this week's episode, we feature MUSES to celebrate International Women's Day.
The #BerkleeAnywhere Concert Series features Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee students performing virtually, from wherever they are in the world. We may be separated by distance, but music empowers us to unite. Wherever you are, we invite you to connect with us every Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. ET on Berklee’s IGTV and Facebook pages.
About the Artist
MUSES is a team of storytellers that collects stories of inspiring women from different parts of the world and sets them to music. Our team is composed of young women who work in different roles in the music industry, and who are united in giving life to a project that aims to showcase women working and making their own way in the industry while putting music to the service of social justice and equality. The team's purpose is to record women's stories and the positive messages they are spreading to the world, and to let the future generations be inspired by them.
Founded in 2020 by singer-songwriter and designer Noemi Cruciani, MUSES' goal is to create a movement to empower people through arts and through women's stories that advocate for the social causes the muses are fighting for.
