Description

Mixed Pop Rating 3 ensemble is a vocal and instrumental ensemble designed to help intermediate level musicians improve rehearsal and performance techniques within the pop idiom. In this series of supervised lessons and rehearsals, students gain experience critically listening, learning, teaching, and performing music for the purpose of understanding the role of instrumentalists within a band. This course emphasizes hearing and expressing your musical ideas with stylistic integrity, as well as melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic accuracy.
