William Lucey (a.k.a. Declan o' Luasa) is an Irish songwriter, composer, producer, mixer, and multi-instrumentalist. He has worked with a diverse range of musicians, including George Harrison, Rubyhorse, R.E.M., Jay Joyce, Donal Lunny, Steve Cooney, Sharon Shannon, Mortal Prophets, The White Horse Guitar Club, and many others over his 30-year career.
