As a composer and pianist, Lo Bianco has released several albums and collaborated with a wide array of ensembles and solo artists, spanning the gap between written and unwritten music. Her compositions have been performed in Europe and the United States. Her multidisciplinary work includes collaborations with artists in different media, from dance and video to visual art and installation projects. Recently, she collaborated with the Boston Ballet, composing for the Fall Experience 2023. Lo Bianco has performed at venues like Carnegie Hall and DiMenna Center for Classical Music in New York City, Newport Jazz Festival, Villa Celimontana Festival in Rome, and many others.

As an educator, Lo Bianco has developed several curricula, bringing mindfulness into her teaching approach, including Improvisation for Classical Pianists, focusing on the element of improvisation in classical music, and the Music and Movement workshop series for both musicians and dancers, seeking to uncover practices in the collaborative process of generating movement and music.

Lo Bianco is currently serving as an associate professor at Berklee College of Music. She also serves on the advisory board of the Bioregulatory Medicine Institute. She is the owner of Integro Sonoro, a company committed to advancing integrative practices grounded in sound and connecting the performing and healing arts. Hailing from Italy, Lo Bianco earned her bachelor of music and master of music degrees from Fausto Torrefranca Conservatory, and later a bachelor of arts degree from Tor Vergata University of Rome.
