Sara Azriel is an eclectic singer-songwriter whose music combines the universality of pop, the sincerity of folk, and the richness of soul music. Born and raised on the shores of Lake Michigan into a large musical family, Azriel has criss-crossed the country pursuing her music. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, she moved to Los Angeles, performing at venues such as Hotel Cafe, the Knitting Factory, and Walt Disney Hall.

In Their Own Words

"My main objectives as an educator are to empower students:

  • to know and own their worth and power
  • to sing from their emotional heart and their physical center
  • to find, strengthen, and free their authentic voices
  • to commit to a consistent practice routine
  • to practice healthy ways of coping with the stress of the artist's path
  • to realize they are capable of much more than they realize
  • to learn the practical realities of working in the music industry

Music is the most powerful vehicle on the planet for healing, connection, and transformation—personally and collectively. It is an honor to be able to assist people on their musical journey."
