Samite Mulondo

As part of the weeklong series on Music as a Catalyst for Change, Samite Mulondo, global humanitarian and musical healer, will speak about his experience traveling the world as a performer and using his music as a tool to heal individuals and communities. Host Karen Wacks, music therapy faculty member, will also present on Mulondo's work throughout the war-torn and distressed countries of Uganda, Kenya, Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania, Latvia, Liberia, and Cote d'Ivoire in refugee camps, with former child soldiers and AIDS orphans.
