Description

MILI-310 Innovation Analysis and Application 1 provides students with the opportunity to begin applying the concepts learned in MILI-110 Introduction to Design and MILI-210 Innovation Methodologies. They will be presented with pre-formulated design challenges and case studies based on real-world issues in the music industry, and then guided through how to generate, prototype, test, and evaluate creative solutions to these problems. Students will also learn how to devise the basic framework for an implementation plan, suggesting possible ways to move forward. They will integrate the key elements and themes of design, including empathy, research, discovery, definition, ideation, prototyping, testing, implementation, and strategy.
