Jabulani 2024

Jabulani is a Zulu word meaning "rejoice." As the current academic journeys of our African, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Latinx, Black, and African American College and Conservatory graduates come to an end, we collectively rejoice. Jabulani was envisioned by two 2019 Black graduating seniors who endeavored to create a culminating "rite of passage" experience grounded in an African aesthetic that equally represented the creative excellence of Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Please join us for Jabulani 2024.

Friday, May 10 at 10:00 a.m.

Boston Conservatory Main Stage (31 Hemenway)

Register by Monday, April 1. Jabulani is produced and hosted by the Africana Studies Division. For more information, email africanastudies@berklee.edu.
