Student Success Advisor

Alec joined the Student Success Advising team in August of 2026, returning to Berklee after serving as an Operations Assistant with Summer Programs, where he supported student workers, helped run campus events, and helped students prepare for their arrival on campus.  Before Berklee, he spent several years teaching K-5 elementary music, work that shaped his commitment to helping students feel supported and understood. Alec is a Berklee graduate himself, holding a B.M. in Music Education (2021), which gives him a firsthand understanding of the student experience he now helps others navigate. Alec's goal as an advisor is simple: to give back to the Berklee community by helping students feel connected, encouraged, and at home.

Outside of work, he can be found digging through record crates, studying jazz guitar, or catching a live show around Boston.
