Description

This course will examine a variety of topics related to leadership in the classroom, department, school, and larger community settings. It will present content related to the observation, supervision, and evaluation of instruction alongside current research trends in professional development. Models of general curriculum development and design will be studied from their practical, philosophical, and psychological perspectives. Current and potential future applications of these models in the music classroom will also be addressed.
