Join Aja Burrell Wood, ethnomusicologist and managing director of the Berklee Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice, for an evening of discussion surrounding the state of jazz and gender. We are excited to welcome saxophonist Tracy McMullen and vocalist Sarah Elizabeth Charles to this dynamic event.
The Gathering is an ongoing series presented by the institute that features performances, guest lectures, workshops, and discussions with gender equity as a guiding principle. The series is open to the greater Berklee community.
