Office of Student Accounts and Payment Options
The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for all financial matters pertaining to student accounts, including the billing and collection of tuition and fees, refunds due to overpayments, and tuition and fee payment options.
Equity and Title IX Policies and Processes
Berklee is committed to providing all members of our community with comprehensive and compassionate care that restores justice, ensures the safety of our community, and meets whatever additional needs you may have.

Services for Students with Disabilities
All Berklee students with documented physical, learning, and/or psychological disabilities who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act are offered assistance in obtaining necessary accommodations to support a successful experience at Berklee. Students requesting accommodations must initiate and maintain ongoing contact with a Accessibility Resources staff member on the college's Boston campus, who will then coordinate as necessary with the Valencia, Spain, campus. Career Center
The mission of the Career Center (Boston) and the International Career Center (Valencia, Spain) is to assist students with career development by providing expert guidance, current resources, and professional development experiences. Both the Career Center and the International Career Center provide advice and assistance to students and to music recruiters throughout the hiring process. In addition, they assist in matching students to employers who are offering internships.
Library and Learning Center

Public Safety Department
The Public Safety Department is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure learning environment at Berklee. Its main responsibility is the protection of, and assistance to, the Berklee community.
Since public safety is the responsibility of everyone, students’ cooperation with the department will help make Berklee a more secure environment. With this in mind, students are required to report any thefts, accidents, threats to persons or property, and suspicious persons. Students’ willingness to do their part by being proactive and cooperating with all investigations will ensure the safest possible environment.
Students are expected to observe all reasonable precautions to assure the safety of themselves and their possessions. All students are responsible for the protection of their property, whether it be in the college’s facilities or in the community.
Berklee complies with the U.S. Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990, which requires the publishing of information with respect to campus crime statistics and campus security policies. This information is published in a brochure titled “Playing It Safe,” which also contains tips on safety and security practices. A student who is a U.S. veteran, disabled veteran, or son or daughter of a disabled veteran can seek advice concerning these benefits from the veterans’ counselor located in the Office of Financial Aid. The counselor who coordinates veterans’ benefits can assist with the certification of veterans’ benefits and provide guidance regarding the Yellow Ribbon Program, as well as obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility.
