Daniel Buades presents a set of original compositions for ensembles ranging from trio to septet, blending contemporary jazz with concepts developed at the Berklee Global Jazz Institute. Drawing on festive, dance-driven traditions from the Alicante region of Spain and the influence of Joel Ross and Tigran Hamasyan, the music reimagines folk rhythms and melodies through a modern lens.
