Roger H. Brown Thrive Scholarship Fund

We are proud to announce the establishment of the Roger H. Brown Thrive Scholarship Fund.

This fund will help Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need to continue their studies and graduate with less debt. Student success is a personal priority for Roger, so members of the community who are interested in recognizing his incredible service are invited to support this initiative in his honor.

Roger—the third president in the institution’s nearly 75-year history—served as Berklee’s president from 2004 to 2021. Under his leadership, Berklee expanded its global presence, embraced the role of technology in music and performing arts, created the preeminent online degree–granting music education program, and dramatically increased the diversity of the leadership and student body of the college.

Thank you for honoring Roger by making a gift to the Roger H. Brown Thrive Scholarship Fund.
