The Berklee Popular Music Institute will showcase six artists performing at major music festivals this summer, including Lollapalooza and Osheaga, at Brighton Music Hall. 

The new video, released in celebration of International Women’s Day, is part of an ongoing collaboration between Berklee and Primary Wave Music.

Berklee Popular Music Institute students and other Berklee-affiliated acts will perform at Lollapalooza, Inkcarceration, Music Midtown, and Welcome to Rockville.

The video, which reimagines Donny Hathaway’s holiday hit “This Christmas,” is produced and performed by students from around the world.

Berklee artists are performing live on Instagram each Wednesday, giving BPMI students a chance to adjust to changing industry in real time.

The experiential program is sending six artists from the college to perform at major summer music festivals, including Essence Festival and Lollapalooza.
