Kieran Rhodes
As a high school freshman, Kieran Rhodes was on track to play baseball in college--when he discovered a love for music. He taught himself to play piano and began writing songs and was accepted to Berklee College of Music. In 2021, his single "What Got Into You" earned him an honorable mention in the American Songwriter Contest. More recently, he wowed the judges on season 17 of America's Got Talent and his audition went viral. Rhodes won the hearts of millions around the world with his original song "Disengage," which chronicles a struggle with depression. With over 40 million views, the audition was praised by many in the industry, including Billboard, Gold Derby, and Simon Cowell himself.
Maz and Kidd Revel
Maz and Kidd Revel met at Berklee College of Music, where they forged a unique sonic soundscape based on their shared love of hip-hop. Maz, an artist-producer buzzing in the alternative hip-hop scene of Boston by way of São Paulo, blends overblown and mellow production with an unconventional delivery, attributing much of his inspiration to his DJ father. Kidd Revel is a musical maverick from Los Angeles, with a distinctive kaleidoscope of sound that spans an eclectic fusion of genres: rap, hyperpop, alternative rock, ambient, and drum 'n' bass. After selling out multiple shows in Boston alongside the likes of Quadry, WHYTRI, and Radamiz, the duo looks to continue to spread their unwavering, infectious energy to the rest of the world.
Kyle Ray
Kyle Ray is redefining a genre by infusing the rebelliousness of classic outlaw country with the harmonic and lyrical richness of bluegrass and folk. Taking inspiration from artists like Johnny Cash and Chris Stapleton, his catalog spans from acoustic ballads to upbeat tracks. Ray’s debut single, "If It’s Taxed, It Ain’t Shine," released in early 2024, evokes a raw and captivating sound, with lyrical content pulled from the experiences of his upbringing in small-town Kentucky.
FifteenØeight
FifteenØeight is an alternative-pop/electronic duo formed by Daphne Eleftheriadou and Tomer Oron. Characterized by mesmerizing drum patterns, ethereal vocals, and deep bass lines, its music transcends traditional boundaries within the pop genre. The duo has been described as genre-bending and rebellious, “pushing the limits of what music can achieve” (deathordesire). Currently based in Boston, where Eleftheriadou and Oron attend Berklee College of Music, FifteenØeight has performed all over the world, including London, Athens, San Francisco, New York City, and Los Angeles. After selling out the Sofar Sounds tour in 2023, FifteenØeight released its debut album, the End of the Beginning. The first single, "All The Things You Did," performed well on streaming platforms in the immediate days after its release, and a second record is already in the works. FifteenØeight has collaborated with Cam Trewin (RÜFÜS DU SOL) and Grammy–nominated engineer Dale Becker (SZA, Doja Cat, Jack Harlow, Tyler The Creator).
Rijah
Rijah fuses the soul of her hometown, Jersey City, with the jazz of Manhattan, sculpting a vivid self-portrait that reflects themes of perseverance, growth, and human nature. With an innovative approach to R&B, her songs follow the bridge between youth and adulthood. Released in 2022, the only one i know EP is an encapsulation of the first chapter of Rijah’s artistry, a pivotal time when she discovered a love for music production alongside her songwriting. In 2023, Rijah was featured in an NPR Tiny Desk Top Shelf episode, in which acclaimed R&B singer-songwriter Baby Rose selected her entry as one of her favorites. Since then, Rijah has experimented with blending the intricacies of jazz with the lyrical and melodic sensibilities of her musical inspirations, weaving a tapestry that tells her story. Keep an eye out for her upcoming project, “Motion Pictures,” to be released later this year.
Project MishraM
Project MishraM is a progressive Carnatic fusion band from Bangalore. MishraM uses a sharp blend of western genres, including modern progressive metal, djent, funk, jazz and electronic, all centered around the intricacies of Ragas, syncopation, and math-oriented grooves in Indian classical music. MishraM has toured across the U.K. and Europe several times, earning critical acclaim at the world-famous UK Tech Fest and ArcTanGent Festivals. The band has shared the stage with some of the biggest artists in progressive metal, including Leprous, Vildhjarta, Monuments, Heilung, Haken, and Devin Townsend. Its debut album, Meso, was nominated for best debut album by Progspace awards in 2021. The band has also been featured in Rolling Stone India magazine.
Nailed Shut MA
Nailed Shut MA consistently brings raw energy and thoughtful disorder to each and every performance, delivering a sonic force that pushes Boston’s hardcore scene to the next level. With unconventional vocals, Asher Thomas creates depictions of physical and psychological horror through lyricism with a central message on mental health awareness, while the band delivers brutal riffs, tight drum grooves, and gut-wrenching low end. In 2023, the band released its debut EP, LUST IN THE END, and headlined many venues across the northeast. Nailed Shut MA has studied under David Marvuglio (Ice Nine Kills) and Grammy winner Paul T. Riddle (Marshall Tucker Band, The Allman Brothers Band), and has worked alongside Extreme Vocal Institute's voice coach David Benitez. The band has shared the stage with Dr. Acula, Renesans, Edict, Spirit Breaker, and Wisdom & War.
Samantha McKaige
Samantha McKaige is a guitar-playing, Americana-singing, folk- and country-loving songwriter who takes inspiration from the landscapes around her, including the forests and peaks of her Pacific Northwest home, the beaches of Northern California, and the rivers of the Rockies. Heartache and travel inspire the themes of her lyrics, with her eclectic sound reflecting musical influences Caamp, The Highwomen, and Rainbow Kitten Surprise. Having played over 100 gigs around the U.S., McKaige has shared the stage with such artists as Hunter Hayes, Ezra Bell, Lucy Wainwright Roche and Suzzy Roche, and Copilot, at historic and esteemed venues such as Brighton Music Hall in Boston, The Sunset Tavern in Seattle, and Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles. Her music has been featured on Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist and has amassed over 100,000 streams. McKaige’s EP Bury Me Please in the Puget Sound can be found on all streaming platforms.
