- Conference registration begins at 2:00 p.m.
- The reception and opening plenary session includes a keynote address beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Friday, June 7–Sunday, June 9, 2019
- Concurrent sessions begin daily at 9:00 a.m.
- The last concurrent session ends on Sunday, June 9 at 1:10 p.m., followed by separate International Alliance for Women in Music and Feminist Theory and Music leadership meetings that end at 2:30 p.m.
