Description
This course introduces students to the foundational principles and practices of corporate finance. Topics include the time value of money, risk and return, valuation of financial assets, capital budgeting, cost of capital, and financial decision-making within a firm. Students will learn how organizations raise, allocate, and manage financial resources, as well as how to analyze financial statements to make informed decisions. The course emphasizes the application of financial tools to real-world business scenarios and provides an introduction to the role of financial markets and institutions.
