In Their Own Words

My belief is that true musical excellence encompasses more than just technical proficiency. There is a profound impact music has on the human spirit and the transformative journey that connects us with our inner selves and the world around us. My teaching philosophy is grounded in scientific research and evidence-based techniques to optimize the learning process, enhance memory retention, and stimulate creativity. Through this holistic approach, students build a personal relationship and better understanding of themselves (body, breath, and voice), creating confidence and empowerment for a more emotional and impactful storytelling experience.
