Nick presents a performance of original funk fusion compositions with Nick and the Travelers, a 14-piece ensemble featuring vocals, horns, and a full rhythm section. Drawing on experiences and stories from his time since first arriving in the United States, the music blends groove-driven funk, jazz harmony, and ensemble-focused writing. The recital features his original compositions and arrangements, performed by a large ensemble of student musicians.
