Beverly Tryon oversees the advancement of long-term strategies and management for the Office of Institutional Advancement and brings over two decades of development experience. As a Berklee alumna, she is also responsible for developing the strategic vision for Alumni Affairs so as to foster strong connections between alumni and the college. In her prior roles at Berklee, Tryon built the college’s first office for corporate relations, spearheaded the development of the Center for Experiential Learning, and launched the annual Encore Gala.
She holds a master’s degree from Boston College, is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and has previously served as a board member for the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium. Prior to her work at Berklee, she worked as a luthier and guitar repair specialist at E.U. Wurlitzer Music in Boston.
