Vocalist Tierney Sutton and pianist Tamir Hendelman draw on more than two decades of musical collaboration, touring, arranging, and their duo recording, SPRING, to explore how musicians bring out the best in one another. Through demonstrations and shared insights, they’ll explore the art of listening deeply, finding the groove, embracing spontaneity, and getting to the heart of a song. Together, they’ll share ways to turn accompaniment into genuine musical conversation—balancing preparation with the freedom to respond in the moment.
