Maya Yona is a Los Angeles-born singer-songwriter whose songs feel like secrets shared between close friends. Blending confessional lyricism with indie folk and pop sounds, she bridges classic singer-songwriter honesty with a modern pop sensibility.
Having written songs since the age of eight, Yona’s captivating and authentic lyrics invite listeners into her world, making them feel like they are part of the story. Currently studying at Berklee College of Music, she’s in the process of recording her debut EP.
