Course Number
ENPC-403
Description
Continuing the ILPD-401 and ILPC-402 labs, this ensemble will focus on performing with the latest electronic instruments in contemporary percussion (Pearl MalletSTATION, Roland Handsonic, Roland SPD, etc.). Within a broad musical palette, the ensemble combines electronic percussion controllers, programming, logistics, and live performance tools—including virtual sound modules, mixers, and laptop software—to create a cohesive sound. The repertoire will span classical, world (global), pop/electronic, and jazz styles, sourced from existing music and student compositions.
