While you're here, you'll build a strong portfolio, meet industry insiders, and get real-world experience that sets you up for success.

  • Pay Your Tuition Deposit

    To reserve your spot in the program, a tuition deposit is required once you’ve been admitted. To accept your offer, visit the admissions portal, select “Yes” to confirm your enrollment, and submit your deposit. Learn more about our payment options.

  • Apply for On-Campus Housing

    The application for on-campus housing is due by May 5. On-campus housing is guaranteed for entering students who submit their tuition deposit and housing application by this deadline. After May 5, housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Obtain Your I-20 and F-1 Visa

    International students who wish to study at Berklee will need to obtain an I-20 from Berklee and an F-1 visa from the US embassy or consulate in their home country. Both an I-20 and F-1 visa are required to enter the US and begin studying at Berklee.

Need More Time? Your Deferral and Deposit Options

Your acceptance is dependent on the successful completion of any outstanding schoolwork. Admission acceptances are only valid for two consecutive semesters. Should your plans change, you must submit a written request to refund or transfer your tuition deposit to a later semester.

Admitted students to our full­-time undergraduate programs are eligible to defer their admission and associated scholarship, as indicated below:

  • Students admitted to the summer (May) semester may defer to the spring (January) semester.
  • Students admitted to the fall (September) semester may defer their admission to either the spring (January) or summer (May) semester.
  • Students admitted to the spring (January) semester may defer to the summer (May) semester.

Your refund or transfer request must be received by the college no later than:

  • Summer (May) semester: April 1
  • Fall (September) semester: May 1
  • Spring (January) semester: October 15

Please note that if you are selected to participate in the First Year Abroad program on Berklee’s Valencia, Spain, campus, your admissions offer is valid only for the semester for which you were admitted.
